Our historic 1820’s barn has been recently renovated in 2018 to create a beautiful space. We have added a spacious deck across the back of the barn, opening it to an elevated overlook of our lush cascading grounds, as well as a cozy loft space that looks down over the main floor of the barn.

We can comfortably host up to 125 guests at the Squire Tarbox Inn. 

Yes, we have new restrooms located near the event barn.

Our boutique inn is surrounded by 12 acres of pastoral farmland, heritage woods, and a tranquil salt marsh. Built in 1763 and lovingly restored in 2018, our historic property is a peaceful retreat. Situated only fifteen minutes from major attractions in Wiscasset and the Boothbay region.

Yes, we do require event insurance for private events and weddings. Policies are typically very affordable and can be added to your homeowners or renters policy. There are also third party options as well.

We are dog friendly and want our guests to enjoy the company of their well-behaved dog while on vacation! Not all of our rooms accommodate pets. The Polly, The Mittman, The Eleanor, The Roni, and The Mario are pet friendly rooms.
