Yes, we do have WiFi, but due to being on an island in Maine, we often find that our WiFi signal doesn't come through all the time. We have added several Nodes to the inn to assist with WiFi. Most people are able to get work done while here.

Our boutique inn is surrounded by 12 acres of pastoral farmland, heritage woods, and a tranquil salt marsh. Built in 1763 and lovingly restored in 2018, our historic property is a peaceful retreat. Situated only fifteen minutes from major attractions in Wiscasset and the Boothbay region.

No. Due to our current liquor license all alcohol, beer, and wine must be purchased through the inn.

Yes, we do require event insurance for private events and weddings. Policies are typically very affordable and can be added to your homeowners or renters policy. There are also third party options as well.

The venue includes access to our 12-acre property including the event barn and deck, adjacent lawn and pasture overlooking the pond, bathroom facilities and some parking from Friday to Sunday.

We offer contactless self check in any time after 3:00pm. We will text you the day of your stay with our guest guide and to confirm your ETA.
