We are seeking a passionate and skilled Seasonal Part-Time Breakfast Cook to join our team at The Squire Tarbox Inn. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes to our guests, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including but not limited to casseroles, quiche, etc.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
3. Set up and organize breakfast station, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
4. Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
5. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
6. Collaborate with other inn team members to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service.
7. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
8. Assist with other kitchen tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working as a cook, preferably in a breakfast or brunch-focused establishment.
2. Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
6. Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
7. Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.

Schedule:This is a seasonal, part-time position The Breakfast Cook will typically work morning shifts (7am to 11am), with the possibility of additional hours during peak seasons or special events.
