To make your visit more enjoyable, the uncomfortable burden of tipping is removed by adding 13% service charge to your bill. This covers all gratuities and is shared amongst all the hardworking staff, some of whom you may not meet. Advance deposits are an important mutual protection. Therefore, a deposit equal to the daily rate or half of your total reservation is required to secure your room. It should be received within 5 days to become fully guaranteed. Personal checks, cash & travelers checks are preferred, but we can accept Visa, & MC.
Being a small Inn like ours we are greatly affected by cancellations, and while we are sympathetic to emergencies, we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee when charged on a credit card, no exceptions. There is a 14 day cancellation policy. If a room is cancelled within the 14 days then there will be a full charge of the amount of nights reserved. Please note that either a late arrival or an early departure prior to the end of your reservation, is handled as a cancellation and you will be charged for the nights specified in your reservation.
Check-in is 3.00pm. If you will be later than 6.00 pm we ask you to please let us know and to make special arrangements.
Check-out is by 11.00am

Pet Rules:
Please do not let your pet on any of the Inn furniture including the bed. If for some reason you must have your pet on the bed we ask you to bring your own sheet to cover the bed completely. Please do not let wet pets in the room. Please bring your own towels to dry your pet incase of wet weather or if they go swimming. Pets should not be left alone in the room at any time. You may bring your pets into the barn sitting room as long as our other guests do not mind.
